Privacy policy

ATHAR is a small Lebanese streetwear label. This page explains what we keep about you and why, in plain words.

What we store

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, an optional note and the details of your order.
• When you join our list in the footer: your phone number.
• A consent log: when you said yes or no to drop news, where you said it, and the exact wording you saw.

Why we keep it

We use your details to confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp. If you agreed, we also use your number to send you ATHAR drop news on WhatsApp.

Drop news and how to stop

Numbers with consent receive news of new drops on WhatsApp. You can stop at any time: message "STOP" to us on WhatsApp, or simply ask, and we will remove you from the list.

Once we have removed you, ticking the box again on the website does not put you back on the list, so nobody can sign your number up again without you. If you want to rejoin, message us on WhatsApp and we will add you back.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect your email address.
• We do not collect or store any payment data. You pay in cash when your order is delivered.

Where it is hosted

This website and its data are hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell your details. We only share them with the people who help us deliver your order.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp.
