Returns policy

Every piece is made in small numbers, so all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Wrong or damaged pieces

If we send you the wrong piece, or it arrives damaged, we will refund or replace it. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the piece.

Before you order

Check the size and colour you choose. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will help you pick.
